I suggest you buy some books the teach you how to draw the human anatomy and facial anatomy. Ok? yeah, I agree with whoever says encouragment can be effective. Just work harder, ok. (and yeah... age? Please?) But yes, practice makes perfect, right? .... *shrugs* (not for me...)
