Wow.... great picture. the feeling, atmosphere, and color are all really nice! and the dragon doesn't look bad like u said, its really good. i wish i could do that. the only things that i think could be improved are the length of kenshin's left arm(it's too short) and the proportion of kenshin's head in comparison to his body(just a fraction too thin and a bit small compared to rest. i think it could be a slight bit wider and bigger. also, i can't see expression very well) but other than that, it's excellent! keep up the good work!!! (i wasn't too harsh was i? i really like this picture, i wish i could be half as good at art as you)
