The proportion and anatomy look great, but the inking is a *little* messy. Can I reccomend inking the outer lines thickly and the inside lines (like hair or fold details) thinly? Also, the coloring is a little out of line. Try to focus on more of keeping your strokes in the lines and go in from there. Coloring looks good, it's just a little messy.
