Nice! What did you use to color it? May i give some advise? Shikamaru's face is a bit too round. You could draw a jaw/chin shape^^ Another thing is the shade underneath his neck, it's done in a totally different way than the rest of the drawing, so it looks a bit odd. Other than that great job!
