I'm curious... why is it that all of the Mews in your gallery have only one arm garter/band dealie? The proportions are kind of off, even for an anime style (and we all know that anime styles are horribly out of proportion when compared to reality, anyway). Do you start with a light stick figure sketch before you start on a character, or do you just draw them outright? If you don't use the stick figure method, I suggest you start doing so; there are some good tutorials on deviantART.com and even Fanart-Central.net. For her DNA... just a dog? I'd suggest the African wild dog, as it's critically endangered, but her ears and tail wouldn't match... what about the Indian Wolf? It's really endangered, too, and her ears and tail wouldn't need to be changed. ^^ I won't harp on the name, as I have a feeling she'd be more at home in Mew Mew Power, anyway. ^^;
