Umm...I don't know who this is or what manga/anime/game he is from, but I think th outfit is nice. You did not massacre it at all. ^.^
The only thing is, if you can make it bigger so the people viewing it could see it more clearly. Art is ALWAYS much better if it has a higher resolution.
