I like the face and hair, the patterning on her top is kinda awesome aswell...:D (She would look better without the eyepatch tho XD.)

She looks really cute, theres a manga with that name, manga you could add more words? ^-^ so it dosn't seem like you copied the name or something like if you want to make it real~! She'd look way cuter, without that band, i think anyway. but shes still cute, her wings are so fluffy >w< i want to touch them! and snuggle them like pillows!
