Okay, first of all, it looks like you drew it with pencil and actually colored it with colored pencil! It looks like you scanned it onto your computer! But it still looks cool!(And cute!)

No way it took me weeks to get it to look like I used colored pencil I overlapped the colors and I now have paintshop6.0 So it gave it the colored pencil aeffect.All I had to do was go up to styles and choose colored pencils.
