Very cute, I like the eyes. It's only sloppy on the hair. Inking? Just practice I suppose. Be very steady, I usully take a brake from drawing and inking. I tend to draw in ink though o I don't have to trace over the pencil! XD I'm so bad about that.

hmmm, well the only real way to get better at lineart is to practice. like ALOT. i would suggest drwawing a really elaborate pic and then linearting it. that might help. but this is really cute! don't count yourself out! *~votes~*
