okay, basically everything emptyhead said, but I want to point some other things out...
her arms are much too short. put your own arms to your side, they go down and end around your thighs. and it appears that there is no form of her hand- her fingers just stick out.
also, it's pretty impossible to pose your legs like that. her knees and feet are facing opposite ways. I reccomend buying books on figure drawing rather than anime or manga, because before doing anything fancy, you need to work on the very basics.
i have some critisism for you...
all in all you have some cute ideas
but to me your art seems kindof stiff.
for example everything you draw has the same pose
and on this pic the only diff is the pattern of their clothes.
i think that you should get a few books on anime and follow what is says to help you with proportions and posing of characters.
if not you should sketch out the body structure usindg the rod and joint method to help with positioning
one more thing is you should make sure to take time with your coloring, making ure not to leave any white spots in between, a little shading never hurt either!! ^ ^
