That's truly amazing. My mom draws horses alot(a total pro) and she says this is great. The muzzle, eyes, ears, and forelock are very realistic. Those are the crucial parts, and can be very difficult to draw. Really, really, great work. This is going in my favorites.

It looks good! The shading and overall drawing is pretty accurate! If you're trying to go for realism though, the secret to making a piece look more life-like is to not have any lines. Like the lines you put in the wrinkles in its nose and such...to make it more real, that should actually be all shadow that gradually blends into the rest of the muzzle. The only flaw I see in the actual overall sketch of the horse is the neck...right around the area where the hair is, there's a part that indents too much but since it's still just lines, it's easy to erase it and bring that out a bit more.
