I have to agree with InsaneAndroid, my first dragon attempt was absolutely horrible. You're off to a great start from the look of things here, keep at it, I'd like to see more from you.
This is waaaaaaaay better than my first dragon attempt. I can tell ya that much. He...or is it a she, whatever. It looks so fierce. RAWAR! I like the eye to. So neato.
