Ah, yes I truly agree, like the rest of you. Even if people don't vote I think they should at least comment, and tell us what they think of our art. Even if you hate it you should always comment. Even the ugliest and most amatuerist pictures have something good about them so point that out. Remember, all of us artists have to start somewhere and if we don't get good comments with constructive criticism we're going to have a hard time improving. And getting no feedback from you could make some give up. So good for you caosgoth! Nice work, by the way. I like the character design! ^^

i kno what u mean. my nice pics don't really hav any comments. one of my pics has only 4 comments, that's the highest of all my pics. caosgoth, it's that neko sasuke one for the contest, u commented on it. and thanx for that, cuz your not too lazy to do it.

I know what you mean about the voting/commenting issue. I'm still kinda new to this site, so I don't expect to get too many comments, I guess. (I think the highest amount I got for a drawing was six comments.^^;;) Anyway, awesome work, effort, and dedication!

I completely agree with you! My art gets around ( well usually ) a hundred views... And MAYBE 5 or 7 votes... Oh well it's upi to people whether they like it or not, but they could at least comment on why they dislike it I agree with you on every level ANd your picture is so cute!

Your right people dont comment on art enough these days Im no exeption but I do comment most of the time and the only times I dont comment is when Im looking at art in class because I allways making sure the teacher doesnt see what Im doing other then that I allways comment if I can

For starters, beautiful picture! Your style pwns! Mmmhmm ^^ *Nods* Okay, people ARE lazy. I love Naruto, but people spend too much time there. It is my favorite show, but as an art enthusiast as well, I understand how it is. So I go through the recent fanart section instead and look at EVERY category. Original Anime may have some random Mary-Sue's (-_-), but there is some really good art in there too. Like have you seen Lare??? She has tons of beautiful artwork in the Original Anime section, and is SO FLIPPIN' NICE, but sometimes, people spend time in Naruto sections instead of looking at art like hers because that is all they think about. You are absolutely right Caosgoth, way to tell them! ^_^ *Votes and Favorites* Note: There is nothing wrong with Naruto, and it is okay to draw it, I mean, I do, and so does Caosgoth! She is an EXCELLENT Naruto artist! I am not insulting Naruto or anyone who bases art off of it, I am only saying that people should not only spend more time voting on hard-working artists, but should also expand their options. It's true that a lot of artists are under-rated probably due to drawing more original or not-as-popular fanart but I think art from a few years ago have more votes is because theOtaku didn't have that stupid 3 month time limit to vote on pictures But anyways, about your actual piccie . . your Naruto OC has a such a cute outfit ! ^_^ I also like the weapons floating around in the back hehe

i think your right, too. i, myself, BARELY get FIVE VOTES for a pictures!! and some friends on the otaku also dont get many votes, when we ALL WORK HARD on our pictures before we post them, and at least deserve credit for trying!!! it's really unfair. i read all the comments for this, most are by senior otaku's who have been here long enough to realize the same thing that you said is completely true. i could go on but that would be stupid. ^^" you get it, i totally agree.

I can totally agree. I admit to getting lazy with commenting, but lately, I've been pumping out comments. Some people jsut don't have the time though. There are a lot of artists here... with a lot of submissions.
