I'll do my best to give some helpful advice :]
As for proportions, her head might be just a tiny bit too big, or you may need to bring the upper right (as we're looking at it) part of her head (the section right above her forehead, that you can see between the part in her bangs) down a little bit, to make the head more rounded.
Also, I think you could benefit from simply looking in the mirror for details such as the hands, and elbows -- right now the elbows are a little unresolved, you really need to commit to them. And you can do it, you draw really well!
One more thing. It looks as if her left hip is jutting toward us, but her left shoulder is receding in space, turning away from us. That's fine, it just means she's twisting her torso around, so I think you could mirror that gesture more in the folds of her clothes; a sweeping line from the top of her waist on her left, to the lower hip area on her right might get that twisting motion across.
It's very cute, and it's probably one of my favorite drawings of yours! I hope my comments are helpful; please know that this is a very nice drawing, and I only hoped that I could point you in a direction that might allow you to really develop your skills even further.
Also, I know what it's like to be afraid of inking or coloring an image, to be terrified of "messing it up." My advice on that is, run with it. Don't be afraid to push it too far. You have a scanner, so you can document it at different stages, and that way you don't have to feel like you've actually lost it. Besides, pushing into the territory where you're uncomfortable is where you'll get rewarded. You can't progress if you stay "safe" all the time! And, if you absolutely can't ink it now, wait a month. You'll probably be able to see it with fresh eyes then, and maybe you'll have drawn a few more fabulous drawings in the meantime, so you won't feel quite as timid when it comes to pushing this particular drawing forward. Keep at it! Don't let that fear eat away at you and control what you do!
This is a very nice picature! D; I wish I had mad skills like this..
xD crits.. hm..
Well, I hate crits..D; (because, omg, you are so much better at drawing then me!) but her torso seems quite short. I know she's turned at a slight angle but still, her torso should seem a tad bit longer. But that's just me! I fail at drawing, so LOL
Other than that, I see nothing wrong with it. =3
