Anyways Um... constructive criticism... I don't think you should have put that red section of "shine" in the shiny part of her hair
For some reason it's really bothering me xD;;;
That multicolored swirl just abouve her head I feel kinda clashes with her too. e.e
I don't mean to be harsh, it's just that urm... artist must keep progressing... yeah...
But I really like how everything else came out. The bold black outlining makes her really stand out ^.^ *votes*

hmm the only thing that i would suggest to youy, i that i STRONGLY oppose the use of shapies (unless u want the bold effect)
cus it tunrs a nasty green color over time and ruins the original pic.
for line art i sugget that you use pigma micron inkingpens, thats what i use and there EXCELLNT! they dont turn colors, and there so easy to control.
if you have a local michels or a.c.moore craft store, they sell them there.
and the come in like 5 diffrent sizes, so u should be able to find what u need! ^-^
