I drew a pic of Blue Eyes White Dragon too! ^^ But I gave it to my art teacher because she really liked it ^^

Very, VERY good. I've always liked pictures of the BEWD. You did alright on the arms and legs, but that's understandable. I like the face! My only suggestion would be to shade harder and with different variation (very light to almost black). Very good, though! ^^ definitely have my vote...
Looks awsome! :D I'm not very good with dragons. Dogs, yes. Animal other than a dog, no. XD Good job on the shading and details.^^ Gr8 job! :D
