Aye, you certainly grasped the goth lolita look! There's a lot about this piece that I think you did a great job with.
I really like the gray pencil shading in the eyes and face. Those eyes certainly grasp the viewer and drag them in.
I actually like how you have the girl smearing her own blood along the bottom. I don't know why I like that...but I do.
I remember blow pens...never had them but I remember seeing them. I think they give a cool effect too and they worked well with the colored wings and everything.

That ish awesome~! I love the colors, the background. I think you got the effect you were looking for, because it's all cute and pretty till you notice the blood, then it turns it slightly dark. Me being me, I think that's awesome.^^~ Lol.

the name papillon and the butterfly wings remind me of a mivie called "papillon"is it based on this movie or not? anyway I really like this piece of art ^^
and I do like the background^^ I think it is better then I ever will be capable of drawing! O.o
