sooo pretty, i luv drawing mermaids, only thing is the face is a bit square looking, it needs to be rounded a bit.... lol u could cut CHEESE with that jaw!! lol jk, its AWSOME anyways, i luv the tail, i can learn from u!! ^.^
this is a very, very pretty picture. i love the hair, you did a very nice job on the coloring. the only suggestion i would make is that the torso seems twisted in a slightly unnatural way... other than that, perfect!
