yeah, the hair is a bit wierd, it makes his head look kind of lop-sided. the proportions look fine to me though, except that the head is a bit large. you did a good job on the face. i congratulate you on the clothing though, you pulled it off really well; it's so hard to fill in black evenly. the shading's all good except that it's a bit dark; you made him look almost black and haru's not even very tan...
