She looks ALOT like Asa-senpai from Shuffle! But, it's cute. ^^ Just a couple of tips I have for you. Her head is a tad too wide, and her eyes are too far apart. Maybe try to make them a tad smaller? Please don't take this offensively... just suggestions.
