Nice work around the eyes, they show a lot of emotion. It's just the rest of him who doesn't. His whole pose looks kind of just...bland, and "Don't pay any attention to me". His shoulder blade also looks off and popping out of him, which seems rather painful. His arm also shows very little structure and his forearm is much smaller than his bicep, which is usually the same size. Also the light source doesn't seem really defined, I don' know where its from.
