I'm not going to question the Naruto but, I really dislike it...but ignoring that factor... I find her very pretty. I love the posing, but her left leg seems a little detached from her hip. It *could* just be the lifted leg and fabric causing the illusion that the joint is too far in...but the bone is aligned with the hip under normal circumstances. Also, I think it would be safe to say that you should try to taper your lines a little more; they seem too solid in most places. I'm not sure of the mediums you used, it seems like a few...but the digital touch-ups (the skirt thing) should be applied a little more carefully!
