Question #1- umm well high resolution is just somethin this site does altimaticaly. if your pic is kinda big otaku makes a little crapy or smaller so that it can fit the screen. #2-well usually if someone is holding a contest they'll tell everyone about it either through PMing them or drawing a pic of it! if u want to enter a contest the best way is to make alot of friends and if their is a contest your friends can tell u about it! thanks again for the pic!
