Ehem!! This IS a mew mew. Sure the outfit is kinda...odd, but then again, people do go overboard with their fan mew outfits sometimes.
Did it occur to you to check out her profile? (I think it's in the comic Yours Truly about her...) She is an anthro because she has 90% animal DNA instead of 50%, like the other mew mews. Due to the increased DNA, her animal features are more pronounced than the other mews (they only have animal ears and tails...Mew Cake has the ears, tail, fur, teeth, claws ect.) Anyway, not trying to be mean, I'm just clearing that up.
I don't know why the fox is pink, but hey, Zakuro is a purple wolf. Wolves aren't purple.

Yeah, she really doesn't fit in as a mewmew.
She needs the correct collar, correct arm bands, and foxes aren't pink,honey.
Otherwise, her outfit is that of a mega-godmodding sure.

It's very cute! I don't understand why she an anthro though. Mews only have the ears and tail of their animal, they don't turn into the animal itself. Don't get me wrong, I really do think that this is adorable! The outfit is super cute too!
