Ah, nice, though her neck seems on the thick side... but that could just be me. I think you may've deleted a bit of her eyebrow over her left eye, too.

OMG A BACKGROUND!! (Nah, I'm just kidding.) The background is so cute with the little bunnies. Adorable! Psh, who said you couldn't draw cute stuff? And Usagi does look better when she looks older. I think you did an awesome job with her. I like the coloring method you used. :D
