Good guess. Actually for this one I did use Prismacolours! I love the ultramarine blue because the pigment is so lush, even on the original the colour is so vibrant. I tried colouring a Sailor Neptune pic after this one and I had to use turquoise and it didn't look nearly as sharp as this one.

Thanks for the comment. Again, it's just the ultramarine blue, I cannot get enough of that colour, it's my favourite!
