You used Paint, didn't you? Here's a tip: Draw only one side of the face, then select it with the marquee tool, go to edit copy and then paste. Move that copy over so you can see both halves, now flip the copy and connect it to the other half. You should get a perfectly symmetrical face. You can do that with the eyes too, just don't draw in the eyeshine till after you copy, paste and reverse it. It will look weird otherwise. Most printers come with photo editing software (Like HP image zone) you can use those to add effects without messing up the image. If you have a scanner, it'd be much easier to just draw it by hand and submit it like that. I used to use Paint all the time and I got pretty good at it, too. It's extremely hard to use, isn't it. Alot of people don't understand that. Another thing: Everybody does piece signs. Personally, I hate them.
