I belive the name, Mew Pumpkin is taken, but you could call her something else that relates to the season...like maybe a kind of candy? (However, I think Cany Corn is taken...)
Maybe another orange fruit, like Starfruit, or some kind of orange veggie?

I think you should add the leg garter because all Mews are required to have one.
Perhaps her name should be Mew Pumpkin?
Anyways, cute design, but, you should find an endangered animal to infuse her with becasue that is were a Mew draws their powers.
