So cute! It DID turn out really well and the shading is awesome. You're art style is pleasant. Loads better than anything I could've done like that. Kawaii!

:) Oh my I do see much, MUCH improvement in ur drawings l8ly!! I luff ur shading! ;_; I'm not so good at coloring actually. I'm very klutsy...so I mess up on many things like get the srong color or make the color uneven...T_T...

The expression is very well done! :D Great job.^^ I think you did good on the pose as well. There are some unproportional parts, but I won't annoy you with them since this seems to be your first attempt at something like this. :)
A tip for shading: don't be afraid to go dark with your colored pencil and make sure to smooth it out so the shading doesn't seem too hard. ^^

Aww, this is sooo sweet! ^^ You're right, this came out fantabulous! The only thing I suggest is adding a little more form to the legs. Otherwise, great job, you're improving lots! ^^
