It's very nice! But if you really worry about the hand I have a tip to make it better! Try drawing the hand behind the head, like as if she's pushing her hair back. That way you only have to do the arm. Then just keeping working on the hands,(On a differnet drawing, mainly start a new one just in case you mess up.) and in no time you'll have the hands down!(You can even draw the hands behind her back, I do it a lot when I'm felling lazy.) But thats good! Keep at it!!^w^

Aww dont worry about the hand..Even without the hand the drawing looks awesome...But i know what you meen by the hand hands are hard to draw...Votes LGA775
