Ah, too cool! That looks just way too awesome! It would look awesome with a back ground, but it stands out just fine without it. It's absolutly awesome!

I think it stands just fine without a BG, but if you put one in, it wouldn't hurt, either. I really like your concept of them all being older. They all look fantastic, but I especially like how you drew Hinata; she looks so pretty!

Tis great! For a background, you should draw them in an alley or sumthin street. It would look really cool with it! (not that it doesn't already!) Keep up the goo work!
