Dude, that's funny. Even my Grams (she's British, by the way) snickered at this. To sum up what most people in this comment box have said: It's no skin off your nose if someone makes fun of your race/heritage. Just laugh with them because, in the end, if you respond with some whiney comment you might piss off the people who are also of that race/heritage. Why would they be angered at you? Because by getting testy, some people would come to the conclusion that that steriotype is true. (Y'know what would be funny? If there was a Irish Ichigo with a big ol' bottle of beer in celerbation of St. Patty's day. P.s.- I'm Irish, so I can say that. Haha.)
