um,um person...you need to go to hobby lobby and get some anime outline pens.(they have em' trust me.) and you need to got to a book store in your mall and get some "how to draw manga" books( i have like 10) and study them and if not get a manga of your favorite anime and study how that artist draws. draw a few pics out of it and get a few anatamy books( the study of the human body) and study them too. (i have 3)look throw all that stuff and you'll improve in no time. ^_^ um, um people have arms...exspecially if they are from a fighting game...
