Ringo and Potato-chan seem to have covered pretty much everything. All I would suggest is that for you to take your time more. The ears are definitely something you want to work on. The highlights on her hair are a little strange since there is the one the right side of her hair, but not the left. Your wrinkles look good, but what I find strange is that everything is shaded, except the chocker and the pendant. It's a good start, but it could be even better! You just have to keep trying!
