    Ok this one need a very very good constructive critic it really have some special elements I really loved.Well the face and the side view are great I love what you did with them.The bg and the hand efect really look awesome.With the hair maybe you could try to imagine the wind moving it like a single part.A little more of volume in the upper part of it the wind feels good.
