The hair? I think that's the best part. It's got texture and vivid colour. The shading on the face as a whole rocks but take a look at that ear, it looks very out of place. Another piece of advide is bring the mouth a little higher up the face rather than that close to the chin. Aside from that, the picture is brilliant. Nice work!
