I really like the dynamic of the pose. Her expression looks great, very Lina-ish. Also, great work with the shading, looks great how you did the light in her cape and her clothes.

The thing to remember when drawing anime and manga style proportions is that they are not completely realistic, compared to photographs of actual humans. I often notice some people complaining that the proportions are wrong in some picture, but they forget that exaggerated proportions is one of the essential styles of anime and manga art (look at the artwork that CLAMP does, and their stuff is beautiful). I'm glad that you notice that some art is supposed to look this way. Well done!
Anime proportions are always exaggerated, so you shouldn't worry about that ^__^. I like the perspective ^__^, the only thing that looks a bit off is thatright hand, but its still really good :] Maybe a bit more shading would help it pop more ^__^
