So how old is this piece? lol! I definitely like your colored pencil work better. This one just doesn't hold like your colored pencil pieces do. I don't know if you still want us to comment on things that need to be improved since this is an oldie but with Naruto's mouth, at that angle, you'd still see the inside of his mouth. With the white space there, it looks like half his face has been cut off. If you do a CG piece again, work on those outlines so they don't disappear like that.
But, like I said, I know this is old so all those suggestions may be irrelevant now.^^
