phweee! I love the effects yo gave to the picture! I think her arms are fine. They make it look like she is blooming. Taking in all the light the moon can give her.

Its excelent don't worry about the arm length it gives a more dynamic effect. very nice keep it up. The emotion in the pic matches I would give it a 10-out of 10
