I remember when i was on a message board, some guy made a mew... Of course... His was a guy mew, but it's all the same~ =P
Anyway. The pic is very awesome! Her story is really unique.
And I like her colors. x3

The zipper thing is really cool! I've never seen anybody do that before. I also like her color scheme. The whitish blue kins of fits in with the whole Mew Aqua thing. Her hand looks a little big, but then again, it's better than anything I could manage without trying really hard...^^;;
The only comment I have about her design is just a little sort of technical one. I noticed that it kind of looks like she has five seams on the front of her dress (then again, it could be the way her body is turned here, so if that's the case, please disregard my comment). As far as I can tell, most Mews have three seams on the fronts of their outfits; a double seam (or in your case, the place where the zipper is) down the middle of the outfit, and two single seams on each side of that (one over each breast).
Other than that little detail, I think your design for her looks fabulous! Great job! By the way, I think it's cool that you're a guy and you made a Mew. She has a really cute design and it's cool that TMM has some male fans! If it were a completely female fanbase, things would be kind of dull after a while...

She's got a nice design to her. I don't recall anyone doing a polar bear before and you even twisted it a bit to include the mew aqua. I wonder what she does with it?
