Well it is Paint. And I have a laptop so it's very hard for me to draw on Paint because I don't have a mouse. I don't have a tablet either. All I have is a small board where I put my finger on to move the mouse.
FYI, She's posing from an angle so one of her eyes has to be smaller and higher. Sorry, but I'm offended by you saying that.
