I think it's lovely! Her expression is so vivid, she looks so sad. And you can really see the emotion in her eyes. Well, and you know me, I love flowing, blowing hair. =P
I like it. Your style is certainly unique. The only thing I could critique on is the sharpness of the lines. If this was intended on being just a sketch, then it looks wonderful.. But if it was a finished drawing, I might suggest to just darken the outline a little, and make them more noticeable. :3
