Your shading is very well done! I also really love how the overall picture looks. The characters are placed in a way so that it looks like everything just clicks together. Very nice! :]

The only constructive criticism I have is your shadowing could be improved.. But other than that, it looks great! Especially Orihime. ^_^

Looks awesome! Great background. Simple but complete. I like how the only color is Ulqui's eyes. That's really cool.
