I like the idea of arm warmers and suspenders, so props for originality. The fist and feet could be improved (but the open hand is very nice!), and the winking eye is a bit high-up. For the feet, make sure the legs get thinner from the knee down, and then at the ankle they should get wider than or stay the same width as the ankles, depending on the character's gender/traits. (hope that made sense! )
All in all, she's cute. Would you mind if I sketched her?
