It's better to get them by mail because the ones in the stores might not have as much ink and the nib might be broken. Also, you should start with copic ciao, they are good for beginners, but do not have as much ink as the other brands, but they're the cheapest, and that's what counts, although they don't work with the air brush. Just saying the things I know.

Yeah. I agree. They are scary because you are afraid you'll run out of ink, and since they cost so much it's even scarier!! Thanks anyways!
