I'm impressed. This is just perfect. Everything's so unexpected and that is what makes a great artist. To be unexpected but to give your viewers imagination after looking at your work.
Wonderful, i honestly can't think of a single thing you could do to imporve this.
I do love the contrast in color and how the character is upside down too. The water color paper effect gives your artwork perfect texture also. Good job.

I love the looseness of the splatters with the conciseness of the lines of the character. the colors work well, and the butterflies pushing forward and backward in the picture is really great. the yellow of the eye really stands out as well, drawing attention to the character.
all that to say.... very very well done.
