Well, if you think it's a bit off, try to make the eye bigger, see if tah thelps..or if you don't want to do that, try to make the feature's smaller, i.e, the lips, ot the nose

Maybe his eye needs to be larger?? or just drawing the other eye would make a big difference too, yeah, I think that's it.
