The style is different, more Loveless-like.
Talk about love, he is gorgeous, his eyes are amazingly colored and the red on his band-aid makes a delightful contrast with the overall palette.

they're not so much "easier" to use as they are um...more made for this type of coloring. they're the most used marker among mangaka (any colored manga pics you so on manga covers are usually done with copis or neo pikos :D ) their nibs (the marker tips) are soft felt and allows the user to color more smoothly, leaving behind less streaks, also they're alcohol based which really helps with the blending :)
again, they're not easier to use, but they're a higher quality marker made for smooth coloring! i think you'd reeeeally like them!! <3
