Hey turtle, awesome drawing! i love it^-^
You drew her hair wonderfully and your form is very good.
Your shading on her body is perfect. I would like to see you try to get a little darker though with her hair. I think you over did a little bit with the highlights on the hair. A few are good but remember where your light source is. The hair what's below isn't going to have a highlight.

I like to help people improve with their skills by giving them a little constructive criticism. If you're looking for that i would most likely say that her left shoulder should come down just a little bit more and curve to her body instead of angle.

Overall i love your picture. it's wonderful! very good job^-^

Her legs are too thin, and the fur on her tail is a bit mehh, but I think you did a very good job otherwize, and I look forward to more of your art. =]
