pointers hmm.. im not so sure.. the only thing i can suggest is to look at the characters well and observe the difference from ur drawing and ur reference.. looking at the reference and imaging how u'll draw it helps too.. im drawing sailor moon characters for a long time and i still practice every now and then so i can say im used to it.. practice really helps.. good luck and i hope my words help a bit.. *^^*
there's a lot of mistakes.. im not nagging about tiny mistakes there but one obvious mistake made me blaaah... venus's shoes and their faces..... makes me laugh... XD
